Sandbar Construction believes that the “team concept” is the most successful way to construct a project. We work closely with the Owner and Architects to form a team with a common goal. We will often either select a group of prime subcontractors to work on the project, or work with a performance specification and request competitive proposals from a select group of prime subcontractors.
